The Brookfield Zoo

Douglas Deuchler, a former Proviso East teacher and a librarian at the Maywood Public Library District, visited the Library on Saturday, September 29, from 2:00-3:30 in room 201. The focus of this presentation was on a book that he co-authored with Carla W. Owens, Brookfield Zoo and the Chicago Zoological Society. Carla W. Owens is an archivist and librarian at the Brookfield Zoo. This event was free.
